zentorviaapp.com provides financial coaching and educational services including:

• Individual financial coaching sessions and capital management guidance
• Investment strategy education and portfolio optimization training
• Financial planning resources and wealth building support materials

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during coaching sessions
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary coaching materials provided
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
• Respect intellectual property rights and not reproduce materials without permission

You may not use our services to:

• Engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
• Share login credentials or access accounts belonging to others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Use our platform to promote competing financial services without permission

All content, materials, and intellectual property on our platform, including coaching methodologies, educational materials, and proprietary systems, are owned by zentorviaapp.com and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without express written permission. Limited use is granted solely for personal educational purposes during your coaching program.

Our financial coaching services are priced at R5,250 per course. Payment is required before accessing coaching sessions. All prices include applicable VAT and are quoted in South African Rand.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase, subject to completion of less than 25% of the coaching program. Refund requests must be submitted in writing with valid reasons for cancellation.

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, zentorviaapp.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for all claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific coaching program in question. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless zentorviaapp.com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including limitation of liability and indemnification clauses.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.

In the event of any dispute, we encourage resolution through the following process:
